A. There is parking available on our driveway at the front of our house. We request that you please do not park in-between the two houses.
A. We are a 10 minute walk from Ickenham tube station (Metropolitan line & Piccadilly line). The U10 bus stops 2 minutes away.
A. Unfortunately not, your doggie will probably get overexcited and try and get to you rather than focusing on us and the grooming process. Don't worry as we will take excellent care of them!
If you want to stay nearby then Ickenham Village is a 12 minute walk away and has cafes, a library and shops.
A. Most grooms are usually between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the breed, coat condition and behaviour. We will always try and give you an estimated time before you leave your doggie with us.
A. Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs in season. Please get in touch with us so that we can rearrange the appointment.
A. The cost is based on your dog's breed, length of hair, coat condition and temperament. We will give a cost at your pre-treatment consultation which can be done over the phone.
A. Please give your dog a chance to relieve themselves. If your dog is nervous then it's advisable not to give them food immediately before the session.
A. Typically we recommend every 6 to 8 weeks, 8 to 10 weeks or 10 to 12 weeks depending on your dog's breed and coat condition.
